ABOUT MY SERVICE

I have over 14 years experience as a shop mechanic and have been riding and working on bikes my entire life. I am passionate about cycling and I know that nothing helps you enjoy this sport more than a well tuned ride. I strive to provide you with the highest quality service and you won't have to hassle with dropping off and picking up your bike at a shop. I come to your home, work, or other location of your choice and, in most cases, I will complete the repair on the spot. You save time and gas and it is just like having your own personal mechanic. I also offer a full line of parts, accessories, frames and complete bikes. My hours of operation are Monday- Thursday 9am to 7pm and Friday and Saturday 9 am to noon by previously scheduled appointment only. I will work with you to find a time that fits best.

PLEASE NOTE: Although my schedule may allow me to come out right away, this is not intended to be an emergency or after hours service.

OFFICE/GROUP REPAIRS and EVENTS

If you have a group of people in your neighborhood or office and would like to arrange for a group repair day at your site please contact me. Once a date is arranged, each individual interested in scheduling a repair will need to call AJ to determine the appropriate service and or parts they may need so that he can efficiently budget his time for each repair. AJ can also set aside time during the day to do free safety checks and general Q&A. Please note that for group repair days Cycology does not charge the normal minimum service call fee of $20 that is required when an individual calls for a repair.

AJ is also available to do special events, presentations, and group classes. Please contact him about your event to discuss details and make arrangements for the services you would like him to provide.

Portland, Beaverton, Boring, Clackamas, Damascus, Fairview, Gladstone, Gresham, Happy Valley, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Oregon City, Tigard, Troutdale, Tualatin, West Linn, Wood Village. If you live outside of this area and you have a large job or multiple bikes in need of service we may be able to make an exception. Likewise, you live on the outer reaches of this area and have a small job please understand that it may not be cost effective to provide service. Please call me to discuss your situation and I will do my best accommodate your needs.

WORK GUARANTEE

Within 30 days of service, if there is a problem with the initial repair I will fix it for free. However, a bicycle is a mechanical object that needs regular maintenance and this guarantee does not apply if it is determined that the problem is a result of regular wear and tear, negligence, misuse, or abuse.
